NFL: Raimann’s Colts win thriller against the Titans after overtime

NFL export Bernhard Raimann wins with his Indianapolis Colts against the Tennessee Titans 31:28 after overtime in Week 13 of the NFL.

This means the Colts still have a good chance of qualifying for the playoffs. For them it is their seventh win in their twelfth game of the season and their eighth defeat for the Titans.

The match winner in overtime is Colts quarterback Gardner Minshew, who decides the match in the AFC South shortly before the end with a four-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Michael Pittman. Raimann plays a solid game without mistakes, star running back Jonathan Taylor is missing from the Colts due to a thumb injury.

Tannehill has to take on the Stonehouse role again

With the score at 25:25, Titans kicker Nick Folk misses an extra point attempt after a touchdown, sending the game into overtime in a thrilling final phase. Previously, the Colts blocked two punts from the Titans, while the hosts converted a Colts two-point conversion attempt into a two-point win of their own thanks to an interception.

In overtime, Folk kicked a 46-yard field goal for a 28-25 lead. Backup quarterback Ryan Tannehill is once again holding the ball for the kick, as Titans punter and holder Ryan Stonehouse is injured. Shortly afterwards, Minshew made the decision with his second touchdown pass.

The New England Patriots around star coach Bill Belichick, however, once again delivered a weak performance against the Los Angeles Chargers and suffered their tenth defeat in the twelfth game of the season with a score of 6-0.

Meanwhile, the Miami Dolphins put on another offensive spectacle when they defeated the Washington Commanders 45:15 and celebrated their ninth win of the season.
