“Insufficient sentences”
Last December, in Nancy, Jean-Christophe Breuil, the ex-CEO and grandson of the founder of the company, had been sentenced to four years in prison including 6 months firm. Six other defendants were tried in this case. Gérard Bondier, former chief financial officer of the Smoby group, had been sentenced to two years in prison, including 6 months firm.
