It was during a ceremony full of sobriety in the presence ofAnne HIDALGO mayor of Paris than the president of Efficiency Club Elie NKAMGUEU by decree of the President of the French Republic published in the official journal on June 20, 2022 was raised to the rank of “KNIGHT OF THE NATIONAL ORDER OF MERIT” in his capacity as President of Club Efficience.
I had the honor of being elevated to the rank of “Chevalier de l’Ordre National de Mérite” in my capacity as president of Club Efficience.
This day in the salon of honor of the town hall of Paris, Mrs. Anne Hidalgo Mayor of Paris did me the honor to give me this medal
