Promoted Kloten stunned with a 5-2 win at SC Bern. Kevin Lindemann, whose grandfather Guido and father Sven had previously played in the National League, put Kloten in the lead with a man underneath. Zürcher Unterländer convinced the defensively neglected SCB early with a strong central third, which the visitors won 3-0.
Ang deceived the defensive of Bern
Once again an important asset was the agile Canadian Jonathan Ang. He fooled nearly the entire Bernese defense into developing Marc Marchon’s 3-1 victory. For the scorer Marchon it was the third goal in his last four games. At 4: 1 (31st) of the Austrian Patrick Obrist, Ang was also on the ice.
The SCB then made a goal change. Philipp Wüthrich replaced starting goalkeeper Daniel Manzato, who started the game and added an assist to Sven Bärtschi’s 1-1 lead.
