New York Public Universities Will Reopen in Fall Without Coronavirus Restrictions | Video | Univision 41 New York WXTV

The 64 campuses of the state will resume face-to-face classes in their entirety, there will be no capacity limits and students must provide a coronavirus test at the beginning of the semester.
