New WWE recording program after recent positive tests

WWE.com

WWE’s new registration schedule – post-multiple positive test results – has been revealed.

POST Wrestling reports that WWE has concluded the recording of this week’s Monday Night Raw episode today and that the next series of broadcasts will now be recorded between July 1 and July 3.

On July 1, the company will record NXT shows that will air on July 1 and 8, these are the two Great American Bash specials.

July 2 is devoted to the recording of SmackDown programs from July 3 and July 10 as well as 205 Live, which are broadcast immediately after the Friday evening program.

Finally, July 3 is Monday evening on Raw, with the July 6 and July 13 broadcasts recorded with the Main Event and the Raw Raw post-talk talk show.

It was also noted that the previously scheduled Thursday NXT recordings will no longer take place that day next week.

Renee Young, Kayla Braxton and Adam Pearce are among the WWE names who confirmed their positive test at the time. It now seems that WWE is trying to reduce the risk with these intense recordings – compared to the introduction of talent into the PC every week – and the introduction of masks for those who act as fans at the edge of the ring.

However, it seems that these types of precautions should have been present in the company before this series of positive test results became public.

Better late than never, I suppose?
