We all know that Fallout 4 and Fallout New Vegas have performance and optimization issues on PC. However, modders were able to improve performance by adding support for the Vulkan API through a wrapper.
You can download Vulkan mod for Fallout 4 here and for Fallout New Vegas here… All you have to do is drag the contents of the zip files to the root directory of the game and you’re done. Please note that if you are using the ENBSeries mod, you will have to make some adjustments.
Also note that these mods do not add native support for the Vulkan API. They are just wrappers that can potentially improve performance. This can happen on AMD GPUs that have mediocre AMD DX11 drivers. And according to a number of reports, these skins do improve performance in a variety of scenarios.
