Qalyubia – Osama Aladdin:

The opposition judge at the Shubra Al-Khaima Criminal Court decided to renew the detention of the accused of killing 10-year-old taekwondo champion “Malek Muhammad Sayed” with a bird strike during a ceremony wedding in Al-Rawda area in Shubra, First Division district, for 45 days.

The Qalyubia Security Directorate had received a notification from Shubra El-Kheima 1st Division stating that a signal had been received from a hospital indicating the arrival of a child injured by a stray bullet.

Investigators moved to the scene and it was found that a 10-year-old boy named “Malik” was shot in the head, which resulted in a brain hemorrhage, and after 67 days, he died of his injuries.

The security services arrested the accused who caused the accident, issued a report on the incident and ordered the investigating authorities to detain the accused for 4 days pending the investigation, which the opposing judge renewed for 45 days, taking into account the legal renewal dates necessary for him.
