Mayor Klaus Luger (SP) and Deputy Mayor Markus Hein (FP) agreed yesterday that it is a measure that will bring the city a good step forward on its way to becoming a climate capital. We are talking about Edictal Procedure No. 2, which is to be decided in the coming municipal council meeting on April 8th. Behind the somewhat bulky designation hides a regulation with which comprehensive climate protection measures in all planning and construction projects of the city
