New Program and Legislative Initiatives in Ukraine: Changes in Mobilization and Recruitment Process

“We are now launching a new program; we have already discussed this issue several times at Headquarters meetings. I think that in the near future there will be new initiatives, including legislative ones, on this matter,” he said.

According to him, this issue is now being comprehensively developed.

“This includes attracting recruiting companies, and many other things. I would not like to give a final answer now, because I emphasize once again that it is now in the process. The only thing that can be said is that at the next meeting of the Headquarters, the president gave instructions that this issue was finally prepared,” Danilov noted.

Commenting on the question of whether Ukraine will have enough people to continue fighting, the NSDC Secretary said that in a war there will always be three things missing.

“You won’t have enough time, you won’t have enough weapons, and you won’t have enough people,” he stated.

Changes in mobilization in Ukraine
