The Executive Board of Wageningen University & Research has appointed Ciarán Forde as the new professor and chair holder of the ‘Sensory sciences and eating behavior’ chair group at Wageningen University & Research, one of the five chair groups of the Department of Human Nutrition and Health.
Forde succeeds the current chair holder Kees de Graaf who is retiring. dr. Forde is currently a researcher at the Clinical Nutrition Research Center at the National University of Singapore, as part of the A*Star Singapore Institute for Food and Biotechnology Innovation.
