In April this year. So far, the GIS has warned, inter alia, before consuming turmeric of a popular brand, and before eating ice cream from a well-known company, which may be dangerous for people allergic to the ingredients used in its production. The Sanepid also alerted that the consumption of certain batches of ice cream by a well-known company by allergy sufferers may cause negative health effects. And the latest GIS messages concern sausages, eggs, and decorative sprinkles – chocolate hearts.

The basis for including a given product in the Register of Dangerous Products are decisions of the President of UOKiK. As the office informs, entry in the register it may be temporary – its removal is possible at the request of the interested person who proves that all the hazardous products have been withdrawn from the market or that non-conformities with the safety requirements have been removed. As long as a product is included in this register, it should be avoided.
