In the heart of Antwerp, new things are sprouting like mushrooms. Among the newcomers there are Tito and – a new branch of the already known Sumac. It is no coincidence that they are two new restaurants from the same managers Raphael and Serge. The young entrepreneurs first test their concepts via the internet and only when it catches on do they open a physical restaurant. And that seems to work well.
