Good documentaries about video games are rare. In Europe, it is mostly a question of whether video gamers are also killing people, or about addiction, obesity and similar problems that games allegedly bring with them – the main thing is that the medium of television has a scapegoat.
The new Netflix series “High Scores” is refreshingly different. Not only because it does without reproaches, but because it is actually informative, conveys the big picture and at the same time deals with curious little things.
