On March 23, the guest of the Musical Bank was a singer, composer and poet Lauris Walters, who introduced the audience to an inspiring song “Be real”. An exciting text video was also created for the piece.

“Spring is my favorite time of the year, and that’s why in recent years I’ve felt that March is a great time to introduce a new, fresh composition to the audience.

We live in interesting and challenging times, and we have a great opportunity to create, create, share, support from the heart and be real! We must appreciate what is given, the people who are by our side, and be grateful for every day,” says the author of the song himself.

Lauris Valters is on the way to a new album, and it will also contain the compositions “Here and now”, “Saule zenītā”, “Gaismā rotatis” released during the previous year and a half.

Reinis Briģis is the music producer and sound director of the song “Būt pa prīst”. Pianist Jānis Miltiņš and drummer Andris Buiķis took part in the recording. The text video was made by Madara Dzintara-Pluša.

During the program, Lauris evaluated the song “I love you” by the group “Z-Scars”. After a 4-year break, they have decided to return to the Latvian music scene. The author of the song’s music and text is the group’s leader Andris Kivičs. How did Lauris rate the song? Listen to the audio attachment!
