Apple released the first beta of iOS 13.4 to the developers, which offer multiple aggregates among which the new Memoji, support for shared folders on iCloud Drive and perhaps the most important: the possibility of acquiring versions of an app for iPad and Mac under a single purchase.

The latter is important and something that users had requested for some time. With iOS and macOS getting closer, a model is needed in which people can use the same application on both systems without paying double. This will be possible thanks to Catalyst, thoroughly implemented in macOS Catalina.

The new Memoji that are integrated into iOS 13.4 have been reported by Rene Ritchie on his Twitter account (via 9to5Mac)

Added to the support for share folders on iCloud Drivehave also been added new keyboard shortcuts which are available in Photos for iPadOS, in order to navigate more easily while we can search or create new albums with our images.

iOS 13.4 too Bring back the toolbar in iOS 12 Mail, located at the bottom of the screen. This change improves interaction with emails, since the icons on the bar have a colored background to avoid confusion.

Finally it has been added the possibility of using the iPhone as the car key to open, close and start our vehicle. Users can use CarKey in vehicles with NFC Without signing up with Face ID, you just need to place your phone near the vehicle to interact with it.

iOS 13.4, iPadOS 13.4, tvOS 13.4, macOS 10.15.4 and watchOS 6.2 are available for download as of today. These versions are part of the first beta for developers, so an authorized account is required and it is not recommended to install them on a device that is used on a day-to-day basis.
