New James Bond film postponed to spring 2021 due to corona crisis | NOW

The premiere of the new James Bond movie No Time To Die has been postponed again due to the corona pandemic, the filmmakers announced on Friday. The film should now be released in the spring of 2021.

The producers report in a statement that the continuing uncertainty surrounding the cinema visit is the reason for the postponement of the film. To prevent further spread of the coronavirus, many cinemas worldwide are closed or open to a limited extent.

Originally No Time To Die, the 25th film in the James Bond series, will be released in April 2020, but due to the corona crisis, the release of the film had already been postponed to November of this year.

No Time To Die will be the last James Bond film for actor Daniel Craig, who has played the British spy in the iconic film series since 2006. The movie is directed by Cary Fukunaga.

Spectre, the last James Bond film to be released in 2015, is estimated to have raised more than 750 million euros. No Time To Die works with a budget of more than 200 million euros.
