An official letter from Mathew Rosengart stated that Britney Spears is so self-aware that she has the right to choose who will supervise her. The star’s lawyer took advantage of the fact that she could decide for herself who would represent her in court.
Ms Spears respectfully states that, given the Court’s recognition at the July 14, 2021 hearing that Ms Spears has sufficient capacity to choose her own attorney, she also has sufficient capacity to make this appointment, the letter reads.
The star’s attorney also appointed someone who could replace Jamie Spears. It’s about a chartered accountant Jason Rubin from Certified Strategies Inc. in Woodland Hills, California. Mathew Rosengart, along with the singer, referred to the financial problems that Britney’s father led to in 1998. The document was not made public immediately.
