New edition of the successful specialist marketing campaign in 2021 – News Augsburg, Allgäu and Ulm

The Allgäu recruited new employees with an unprecedented skilled workers campaign and is now building on: The Allgäu Job Challenge, launched three years ago, has not only received multiple awards from experts, but has also been rated the best marketing campaign by the participating companies.

The focus of the new edition with three job hoppers will continue to be the employer, as individual employer attractiveness is the key to securing the future of companies. In 180 days, three people will describe 30 companies from their perspective and report on their experiences every day. Professions are presented authentically and put in a new light. Baker Erwin Weber from Frauenzell is still very enthusiastic about the campaign: “Finally someone has conveyed why I became a baker. We received very positive feedback from young people about the content ”.

To participate in the new edition of the specialist marketing campaign, employers only need to give the job hopper two days of insight into the company and the job in the period from March to May 2021. Allgäu GmbH hired the agency DACHCOM for the professional creation of the articles. Participation in the specialist marketing campaign costs between 500 euros and 800 euros, depending on the size of the company.
