The new lockout
The Dpcm just signed inaugurates a new lockout in gyms, swimming pools, theaters, in general meeting places. The scenario of March and April reappears (here the document just signed by the government). In which the subscriptions could not be used and it was even necessary to set up a rule contained in the Relaunch Decree to obtain – for those who succeeded – a refund of the service not enjoyed. And then it is better to think about that rule to orient ourselves in the tangle of behaviors and codes that will reveal itself when we have to discuss to obtain what we have unjustly paid.
