Let’s start with Lombardy which for electric cars, registered in 2020, do not pay the car tax until 2022. While, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio and Campania, again for electric cars, provide for the exemption of the car tax for three years. . The exemption for five years also for electric cars in the regions: Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche, Piedmont and Tuscany. Finally, Veneto, for bi-fuel gas vehicles, provides for the exemption for three years and five years for electric vehicles.
