At the level of the Department of Higher Education and Scientific Research:
– El Houcine El Moudden, Dean of the Semlalia Faculty of Sciences of Qadi Ayyad University in Marrakech,
– Ali Lamnaouar, Director of the Higher School of Education and Training at Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Béni Mellal,
– Khalid Habbari, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Béni Mellal.
At the level of the Ministry of Solidarity, Social Development, Equality and the Family:
– Abdessamad Amrani, Director of the Social Development Agency,
– Abderrazak Adnani, Director of Family, Child and Elderly Protection.
