Networks mock Reforma poll that positions Anaya as the main opponent of AMLO

Network users pointed out that the Reforma poll is an attempt to revive Anaya, who is accused of receiving millionaire bribes.

Regeneration, August 17, 2020.The newspaper Reforma presented this Monday a survey of 600 people in which it indicates that the main opponent of the López Obrador government is the former PAN candidate, Ricardo Anaya.

And, according to the newspaper, the interviewees see the PAN as a counterweight to how López Obrador has handled the Covid-19 pandemic.

The survey of 600 people by telephone shows that 34% consider Anaya as the opponent of AMLO, 14% said that he is Margarita Zavala, 9% said that he is Enrique Alfaro and 7% said Senator Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong .

Likewise, in said poll it was shown that the governor of Tamaulipas, Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca is seen by 5% of those surveyed as an opponent of the president. The leader of the PRI, Alejandro Moreno “Alito” and the president of Coparmex, Gustavo de Hoyos, were even included with 2%.

Finally, 26% of those surveyed did not mention anyone and one percent pointed to other characters than those already mentioned.

This caused the mockery of users who saw in the Reforma poll an attempt to revive the former presidential candidate.

And it is worth remembering that Anaya was recently accused by Emilio Lozoya of having received millionaire bribes for the approval of Peña Nieto’s energy reform.
