The shooting of the series continues, sooner than we first heard.
We heard that before The Witcher would continue shooting the second season on August 17. Now it seems that the production start has been brought forward slightly. One of the directors, Stephen Surjik, implies that he could get back to work today.
Earlier this month, several photos on social media of the crew already indicated that everything was ready for production to resume. Today’s update shows that the recordings have indeed started again. According to Surjik, we see a special communication system that has been developed for the recordings, so that everyone can observe the corona rules.

Second season
The first season of the Netflix series has been streaming since December and has a total of eight episodes. The second season was quickly prepared, even before the first series could already be streamed. The corona virus obviously also threw a spanner in the works here, which brought things to a standstill.

Now the recordings have resumed and we can hope that the series can be seen on Netflix soon.
