.Net 5: new pre-release

The .Net teams have deployed the technical preview 8 of .Net 5. The framework is now considered to be complete in terms of functionalities. That is, all functions are set and validated. It should no longer have to add and remove features.
This version is available on Linux, macOS and Windows. Only 64-bit binaries are available. This release requires Visual Studio 2019 16.8 preview 2 (to support all of the new features). On an earlier version, there may be compatibility issues.
Compared to the previous preview, preview 8 does not add much: corrections of dozens of bugs on the different modules. In addition, Microsoft announces new versions of ASP.Net Core and EF Core.
Remember that .Net 5 must unify all frameworks, simplify and standardize. The arm64 architecture is an important focus of this release, as is performance on Windows. It will also find C # 9 and F # 5, as well as the default support for Web Assembly. And it will mark the new annual update schedule.
