Neck stretching exercises | Mix

Here are some simple exercises to lengthen the neck:

1. Forward and backward tilt:
Get in a comfortable position and complete yourself.
Slowly tilt your head forward until you feel a stretch in the back.

Then slowly rotate your head to the left to stretch the right side of the neck.
Repeat the movement for 10-15 times on each side.

4. Lateral stretch:
Sit in a chair in a comfortable position and complete yourself.
Extend your neck to the right and continue to sit up straight.
Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then repeat the movement for the other side.

Make sure that you perform the exercises slowly and comfortably and do not overextend the neck. Perform these exercises regularly to improve neck flexibility and relieve tension and tension in it.
