The Friborg office LVPH won the architectural competition for the realization of the large real estate project of the Bonhôte bank next to the Beauregard cemetery, in Neuchâtel. From 2024, the four buildings with 180 housing units will accommodate nearly 400 inhabitants.

The large real estate project which is to take place on one of the last large building plots still available in the territory of the City of Neuchâtel, is taking shape. An architectural firm from Friborg, LVPH, won the competition organized by the private bank Bonhôte, which manages the real estate fund that owns the plot.
