National Social Security Fund Announces Increases in Health Insurance Tariffs

Director General of the National Social Security Fund, Mohamed Karki, announced new increases in health insurance tariffs.

After increasing the allowance for treatment for a dialysis session several times to about 5 and a half million, and after doubling the allowance for doctors’ fees 20 times and the prices of chronic medications between 12 and 15 times,
Karki announced the approval of doubling the prices of MRI, CT Scan, and Pet Scan tariffs tenfold.
