C ‘Chartres has just announced its second recruit and it comes from National. After Anthony Rogie it’s Anthony Ménard’s turn to join the National 2 boarding club.
The left side, native of Cayenne (Guyanne) evolved in National with the Entente Sannois Saint-Gratien from 2016 to 2019. He signed up for two seasons with the Chartrain club.
