The Italian network, Sky Sport, reported that Napoli is preparing to deal a strong blow to those aspiring to include the team’s striker, Victor Osimhen.
The newspaper said: “The Calcio champion has closed the door to those wishing to win the services of the team’s top scorer,” stressing that he is on his way to extending his contract with Al Janoub Club.

And she added, “Napoli is close to renewing the contract with the Nigerian international, and the player will ensure that he receives a higher salary than he was receiving.
She indicated that the negotiations are going well with Osimin’s agents, although there is currently a disagreement about the possibility of the contract including a penalty clause suitable for both parties.
And she explained: “The last period witnessed widespread controversy about the future of the 24-year-old player, in light of his association with several major European clubs, as he received a group of offers from Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and other clubs seeking to include the Italian league’s top scorer.”
And she concluded, “There is a trend towards a compromise that requires setting a penalty clause ranging between 140 and 150 million euros.”
