Nadezhda Babkina confessed her love to Moscow – it was here that she realized her wildest dreams. One of these dreams, apparently, was an apartment in the capital. The singer successfully implemented it by buying an apartment in the very center at a sky-high price.
According to the singer, she bought luxury real estate back in the 90s next to the Moscow Conservatory and the Kremlin. The presidential residence is only ten minutes walk from here.
Realtor Tatyana Vavilova in an exclusive interview with PopCornNews, she calculated how much a luxury celebrity apartment costs.
“200 million,” the expert called the amount.
According to media reports, the area of the apartment is about 130 “squares”. Some of the rooms are decorated in the loft style.
Babkina noted that traffic jams in the capital do not annoy her, she has long been accustomed to them. As she said in an interview “Moskvich Mag”today there is practically no metropolis that would not suffer from busy roads.
