Mol‘Thank you for purchasing 1,000 liters of heating oil’. Not the strangest message a person can get, unless… you didn’t order fuel oil at all. And that heating oil is delivered without you having to pay. It happened to Martine Simons (55) from Mol, and with her about forty other families in the Kempen municipality who are not very well off. “No idea who it is”, Martine shakes her head. “But I do have a hunch who helped.”
