My Health Space: 11 Million French People Embrace Revolutionary Digital Health Record

In France, 11 million people (or 15.6% of the population) use My Health Space, according to figures published Monday by the digital health delegation (DNS). Launched in 2021, this digital health record is set to become a centerpiece of the French healthcare system.

300,000 people per week

“Every week, 300,000 people log in to use My Health Space, to consult it or to upload documents,” says Hela Ghariani, co-director of the DNS.

According to the DNS, the mobile application which provides access to its Health Space has been downloaded 2.5 million times since its launch. According to a 2024 barometer on the French and digital health published Monday by the DNS, 90% of French people have already used at least one digital health tool or service (appointment making, teleconsultation, telehealth services). ‘Health or mutual insurance, connected objects, etc.).
