Music association VIOS makes noise again!
Who could have predicted that 120 years ago? It is hard to imagine that your newly founded music association would continue to exist for so long, but that in its anniversary year it would come to a complete standstill due to a virus would certainly not be a thought!
Yet it is the reality of the past few months that unfortunately no one could do anything about. No Seasonal presentation, no evening celebrations and no Tattoo Mijdrecht where the association can show itself. But not yet in the coming months because all events have been canceled.
However, a lot has been postponed to the 121st year so that VIOS has to rehearse a lot in order to look good. Fortunately, it was possible to start again in recent weeks with the various departments that were at the correct distance from each other on the locations. And soon after July 1 you can also think of a show outside again!
“We are back in the air” we just say and not only focus on our rehearsals but also look forward to our training. At the start of the new school year we can also start with a new group of MusicKidz! All primary schoolchildren from group 3 onwards can register with us for 20 free lessons to learn to read musical notes and to discover which instrument you would like to play with.
