A man shot another man after a scandal in the Vratsa village of Manastirishte. The alleged perpetrator is a 45-year-old man who is said to have a serious mental illness.
The aggressive man came out against two brothers who were walking down the street in the village. He aimed a gun at one of them and severely wounded him.
