For the moment, it is only an abandoned land bordering a hostile motorway junction of the former RN3. But in a few years, this industrial wasteland should welcome a new ecological district open to the Canal de l’Ourcq, located below. An image of Épinal far removed from that of the so-called La Folie shantytown that this site located at 55, rue de Paris in Bobigny still housed five years ago.
