Mourning in the world of cinema. On the night between Sunday 10 and Monday 11 October, the actor died in his home in Rome Elio Pandolfi. I had 95 years old.

Elio Pandolfi was born in Rome on June 17, 1926, he had completed 95 years old from a few months.
He had graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Rome, making his debut in Venice in 1948 as a dancer in The misfortunes of Orpheus by Milhaud, and then entering the same year with Orazio Costa at the Piccolo Teatro in Rome.
Eclectic artist, he was not only linked to the world of theater, but he had participated in several radio broadcasts.
As a dubber he was the Italian voice of the French actor Jacques Dufilho, but above all the voice of Laurel of the couple Laurel and Hardy, together with Pino Locchi who gave voice to Ollio.
He also voiced two Disney characters: Donald Duck, in the cartoons of the sixties and seventies as a second voice alternating with Oreste Lionello, e The uncle born The beauty and the Beast.
In the 60s and 70s he had also dubbed Daffy Duck, as the second entry in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts.
He was however a very active voice actor within Carosello, voicing a number of animated characters.
Pandolfi had also worked on television, participating in variety shows and dramas: Out program, Pride and prejudice, For-boom, Sunday is something else, Playing Stella.
The last appearance in the cinema is in 2017, in Put a night, directed by Cosimo Messeri.
