Peak Path, BogorWest Java, experiencing congestion from noon to tonight. Motorists call this weekend’s traffic jam the worst traffic jam that has ever happened.
Abe, a driver from Cianjur, admitted that he had been trapped since 13.00 WIB in the Puncak area. Severe traffic jams with the volume of vehicles booming made him who wanted to go to Jakarta was still stuck in Puncak.
“From 13.00 WIB, until now at 22.30 WIB, I am still stuck in Cisarua. It means that I have been stuck in traffic at Puncak for more than nine hours,” said Abe, as quoted from detikJabarMonday (28/2/2022).
According to him, the flow of vehicles only moves about 100 meters every hour. The density that occurred on the two roads made it impossible to turn around and was forced to survive in the middle of a sea of vehicles at Puncak.
“It moves little by little, at most it only advances 100 meters in an hour. You can’t turn around, because the whole road is full of vehicles. Let alone cars, motorbikes are difficult to advance,” he said.
Abe admitted that every week he commuted from Cianjur to Jakarta. But this weekend’s traffic jam is the worst.
