Marquez hopes to be given the green light to participate

–MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez is hoping for a start in the motorcycle Grand Prix of Andalusia in Jerez a few days after an upper arm fracture and an operation. The Spaniard, who had a serious crash on the race track at the start of the season last Sunday, arrived in Jerez on Thursday. “Back at the racetrack. Positive feeling, ”wrote the Honda team on Twitter for a photo of Marquez.
The racing team of the six-time MotoGP world champion announced further information. The champion’s bike has already been brought into the box. According to the MotoGP website, Marquez should undergo a medical check on the race track on Thursday afternoon to get the green light to participate. The 27-year-old had a titanium plate in his right arm inserted in Barcelona on Tuesday to stabilize the bone.
