Móstoles City Council campaign to disinfect taxis
The Móstoles City Council has carried out, since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, approximately 300 free disinfections with ozone to the local taxis.
This vehicle sanitation service is offered periodically free of charge to anyone who requests it through Móstoles Desarrollo.
The initiative is part of the #JuntosNosReactivamos campaign, a municipal program that is helping different economic sectors to reactivate their businesses after the State of Alarm and implement the corresponding security protocols.
The Councilor for the Presidency, Rebeca Prieto, has proceeded to deliver the stamps that certify that Radio Taxi Móstoles taxis have been disinfected with ozone and that they meet all the requirements to guarantee the safety of users against COVID-19.
This measure is in addition to those established by the health authorities for passenger transport.
In this way, the Local Government wants to help strengthen the confidence of users in the sector and at the same time, offer guarantees to professionals in the sector and their clients that the service provided is safe, avoiding the spread of the coronavirus and thus reinforcing the safety and well-being of citizens.
