ONEE’s “ System Operator ” Quality Management System (QMS) successfully passed, from June 17 to 19, 2020, an audit of its managerial, production and support processes, following which no non-compliance was not raised.
At the end of this Audit mission, carried out by an internationally renowned firm, the ” System Operator ” of ONEE obtains the renewal of the ISO 9001 Version 2015 certification of its QMS.
It should be noted that ” the System Operator ” is the Directorate of ONEE responsible for ” National Dispatching ”, a nerve center and highly strategic which oversees the conduct of the entire national electrical system as well as the control of all electrical flows and exchanges between energy production centers and distribution centers with customers. The “System Operator” also manages international electrical exchanges through interconnections with neighboring countries.
This new success, which comes in a very difficult context due to the Coronavirus pandemic, comes as a reward to the considerable efforts deployed by ONEE to guarantee the sustainability of the Quality Management System and testifies to its high capacity to meet the requirements of its customers and achieve the operational objectives of the Office’s strategic directions.
As a reminder, the ONEE “System Operator” is certified in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 respectively in 2005, 2008, 2013 and 2018.
