The Super 3 is the successor to the Wheeler 3, which ceased production more than a year ago. The predecessor with a two-cylinder located in front of the hood of the car referred a little more to the original historic tricycle from the 1920s, while the novelty offers a slightly more modern design.

According to the carmaker, it takes inspiration from the first jets, full wheel disks and especially the fact that the engine is now inside the car.

The unit is a much more modern design. It is a three-cylinder, turbocharged 15-year-old from Ford. The engine, which we know from the fiesta, for example, has an output of 118 hp and 150 newton meters of maximum torque.

The rear wheel in the body of the car with a curb weight of 635 kg drives through a five-speed manual transmission from the Mazda MX-5. Acceleration from zero to 100 km / h takes 7 seconds and the maximum speed is 209 km / h.

Also completely new is the suspension, which has been redesigned to shorten the turning radius, leave room for airflow to the side coolers and reduce unsprung mass by inserting springs and dampers inside. Even the narrow tires were made to order by the British company Avon.

Inside the cabin are more stylish elements from the time of the first jets, especially around the instrument cluster, which combines modern digital technology with a retro look, including a number of switches below.

Morgan says everything was designed to survive the British weather. Dashboard controls and even USB sockets are sealed against dust and water, and four upholstery options have also been designed with durability in mind. Buyers can choose from vinyl, waterproof leather, saddle leather and technical fabric that is resistant to water and UV radiation.
