In the early morning of this Thursday, May 20, a new shipment with vaccines against the coronavirus arrived in the country. Is about 272.610 Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, and 331,200 of the Covax Alliance (AstraZeneca) that will allow the vaccination campaign to continue.
With this, the total number of vaccines against Covid-19 received in the country is as follows:
- Pfizer-BioNTech: 3.361.020
- Sinovac: 14.971.476
- AstraZeneca: 489.600
So, to this day, Chile has received a total of 18,822,096 doses.
Regarding the vaccination campaign, as of May 18 7,584,163 people have completed their vaccination and 9,328,718 people have been vaccinated.
