The Ministry of Transport publishes plans for how the operation of the Breisgau S-Bahn should work better in the future.
. The Ministry of Transport in Stuttgart has published a first plan on how to get the problems of the Breisgau S-Bahn under control. For example, trains are to be coupled and winged less frequently, more vehicles are available for reserve and buffers in the timetable are to be created. Additional trains are also to be used. However, it will still take some time before the measures take effect: they are due to come into force when the timetable changes in December.
