The Construction Confederation speaks of a real “building materials crisis” at the moment. “After the corona crisis, we found that the economic revival has caused the demand for building materials worldwide to increase enormously. That means scarcity, delivery delays and rising prices.” Materials that have become scarce include wood and PIR/PUR insulation.
