The electoral defeat in the first round of PSD directives led Luis Montenegro’s candidacy to analyze the magnifying glass on how militants voted on Saturday and found “inexplicable results” in 16 councils in which Rui Rio won. Montenegro’s candidacy reports that it only placed delegates to oversee the electoral act in three municipalities (Vimioso, Miranda do Corvo and Peso da Régua), unlike Rui Rio, who presented delegates in all municipalities.
