Naoya Matsumoto’s popular manga work “Monster No. 8” has officially released the second wave of trailers after releasing the first animation trailer at the end of last year.
“Monster No. 8” is adapted from an animated story. The plot narrates that Japan, as a “monster powerhouse”, is constantly being invaded by foreign monsters. Therefore, the country organizes the Japanese Defense Force to defend itself. At the same time, there are also companies that perform cleaning tasks after the monsters are wiped out. The hero Hibinoka Fuka is an employee of the company, and Yabaimina, a friend who once agreed to “destroy all monsters together”, has become the captain of the 3rd Unit of the Japanese Defense Force. In the future, Hibino Kafka, who still had a dream, was accidentally corroded by a mysterious creature. Afterwards, he possessed the power of a monster, but still retained human consciousness. He used this ability to save the citizens of the country, and was named “Monster No. 8”. .
This work is directed by “Volleyball Boys! ! “, “Ghost in the Shell” and other popular animation production companies Production IG. The monster design is in charge of Studio Khara, which produced “Evangelion New Theatrical Version”. Abai Mina is performed by Asa Seto, and it is expected to be officially launched in April 2024.
