–Modena launched an investigation into the allergic reaction after vaccinating against Corona 19 in California, USA.
On the 19th (local time), according to Reuters, Modena said it had received a report from the California Department of Health about an allergic reaction that occurred at a San Diego vaccination facility.
Earlier, the California Department of Health announced that more than 10 people had allergic reactions within 24 hours of vaccinating Modena’s Corona 19 vaccine with the serial number ‘041L20A’ and received treatment. Accordingly, vaccination of this serial number, the vaccine, was stopped.
Modena explained that no comparable adverse events were reported in other facilities vaccinated with the same batch number or different batch numbers.
According to Modena, 1,272,200 doses of vaccine with this serial number were produced, of which 3,073,300 were left in stock. About 1 million doses have been sprayed in 1700 inoculation facilities in 37 states in the United States.
