Undoubtedly the young Dominican player, Juan Soto, has emerged in these moments as one of the best pound-for-pound players in the Major Leagues despite his young age. Already with a World Series ring on his record, Soto continues to impress everyone with his enormous game and statistically, his numbers at his age rub shoulders with some of the best in history.

With his two home runs on the night of Wednesday, Aug. 12, Soto reached 60 career homers, reaching Ken Griffey Jr. for fifth on the list of most home runs in history for a player 22 years or younger.

In addition to being in the company of The Kid, with his 60 home runs, Soto also reached the Hall of Fame and the only player to win the MVP in the American and the National, Frank Robinson. The only players who have more home runs than Soto at his age are Mel Ott, Tony Conigliaro, Eddie Mathews and Ronald Acuña.

Soto is having an impressive start to the season after missing several games due to Covid-19, as he is hitting .423 with 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and 6 runs scored.
