It is rare for a foreign politician to invite himself to dinner with a member of the Federal Council. Maroš Šefčovič did it. The Vice President of the EU Commission is officially traveling to Switzerland on Wednesday to give a presentation on bilateral relations at the University of Freiburg. But afterwards he meets Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis in Bern for dinner.
